Welcome to SquirreList, a playful to-do list app designed by the 4EyesLearning Team ("we," "us," or "our") to help you "harvest your tasks" with Amrita the squirrel! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using SquirreList, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By installing, accessing, or using SquirreList, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are under 13, you may not use the App. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising any use by minors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SquirreList for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree to:

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
Notify us immediately at support@4eyeslearning.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of tasks, notes, and other content you create ("User Content"). By using SquirreList, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content to provide the App’s features (e.g., reminders, streaks). We do not claim ownership of your content.
SquirreList uses third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Gemini API, AdMob starting version 2) to operate. Your use of these services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for their performance or practices.
Currently, SquirreList is free with limited usage. Future paid features or subscriptions may be introduced. Any payment terms will be clearly disclosed before charging. All transactions are handled via third-party payment processors (e.g., Google Play Store, App Store), and their terms apply.
All content in SquirreList, including Amrita the squirrel’s design, text, and graphics, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
SquirreList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

We may suspend or terminate your access to SquirreList if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account and data at any time via the App or by contacting us. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, and we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Đà Nẵng, Vietnam.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
